Chris has written Wine Education Manuals used by TAFE, Melbourne University, Beringer Blass and Crown Casino. Chris is the technical editor for the book “What Is Wine?” and is a regular contributor to Australian Wine Selector Magazine and the US published Underground Wine Journal. He also produces the Corkscrew Newsletter for the Sigma Wine Club on a bi-monthly basis. Writing about wine is all about common sense, facts and fun.
